Project Overview

Cannabis packaging exists in a competitive, highly regulated space. The Delta 9 gummies packaging design had to look premium and enticing while clearly communicating all mandatory information: dosage per serving, THC and CBD content, supplement facts, batch numbers, QR codes linking to lab results, and state-specific health warning icons — without the product looking clinical.

Gummies Packaging Design Approach

Six flavour variants were developed using a single scalable packaging system. Each variant uses a distinct colour palette and custom flavour illustration while maintaining clear brand family cohesion. The stand-up pouch format was chosen to maximise shelf visibility in dispensary display racks, with a resealable zip for consumer convenience.

Technical Specifications

All Delta 9 gummies packaging design files were delivered print-ready at 300 DPI in CMYK with a full dieline, bleed lines, and safe zone guides. Compatible with flexographic printing on food-grade mylar pouches. Supplied as Adobe Illustrator (AI), PDF, and PNG exports. The modular variant system allows SKU expansion by swapping colour story and flavour illustration without a full redesign.
